Part 1 — The Trailer at the Edge of the Woods

According to a story shared online, a young woman found herself in a situation many people can relate to.

Money was running out.

Rent prices kept climbing.

And every place she looked seemed completely beyond her budget.

For weeks, she searched for something affordable, but nothing seemed possible.

Then she found a trailer for rent just outside Little Rock.

The price was surprisingly low.

In fact, it was so cheap that she immediately wondered what the catch might be.

When she visited the property, she quickly discovered the answer.

The trailer sat completely alone.

No nearby houses.

No visible neighbors.

No streetlights.

Nothing but miles of woods stretching in every direction.

According to the story, the nearest neighbor lived several miles away.

The property felt disconnected from the rest of the world.

During the day, the isolation seemed peaceful.

Birds filled the trees.

Wind moved through the forest.

The area almost felt beautiful.

But as evening approached, the atmosphere changed.

The woods became strangely quiet.

The darkness arrived quickly.

And according to the story, standing outside after sunset felt completely different than it did during daylight hours.

Still, she desperately needed a place to live.

So she signed the lease and moved in.

The first day passed without incident.

She unpacked her belongings.

Settled into the trailer.

And tried convincing herself that the isolation might actually be a good thing.

That night she fell asleep exhausted from moving.

At some point during the early morning hours, however, something may have visited the trailer.

She just didn’t know it yet.

Because when she woke up the next morning, she discovered something that immediately filled her with unease.

Something had been standing outside her bedroom window.
